Lecturing before covid-19
OUR SERVICES
Health care consulting services
We deliver pragmatic solutions and strategies based on market insights and evidence-based academic and business expertise, with a solid understanding of human psychology. Our deliverables may be local or global depending on the brief.
For example: Evaluating investment opportunities, developing global commercialization strategies for new products, managing key research initiatives for our clients.
We apply mindfulness to ourselves at work in order to produce new, different and unexpected solutions for our clients. All our solutions place customers and consumers at the heart.
Health care lecturing and sharing of evidence-based excellence
We offer highly engaging and inspiring in-person and online learning experiences based on evidence, demonstrating what we teach and sharing emerging solutions and strategies with our participants.
For example: Experiential lectures on strategy, innovation, market analysis and mindfulness.
MINDFULNESS AND WELLBEING STRATEGIES
We create and deliver secular mindfulness and wellbeing interventions and strategies. We work with executives, business units and companies, meeting people exactly where they are on the journey. We support them to better connect with themselves and with others in order to contribute to building successful and sustainable businesses. Our mindfulness interventions typically focus on self-awareness, self-compassion, awareness of others, development of pro-social behaviour, resilience and mindful dialogue. These qualities are key for effective leadership and wellbeing in a complex environment and for supporting positive change. All our interventions and strategies are based on evidence.
For example: Creating evidence-based strategies and interventions to support change and corporate wellbeing, creating and delivering customized mindfulness initiatives, facilitating workshops, delivering mindfulness practice sessions.
“The more clearly we focus our attention on the wonders and realities of the universe around us, the less taste we shall have for destruction”
Rachel Carson
OUR philosophy
Contributing to addressing challenges in health care ecosystems is what we do, whether on our own or through meaningful partnerships. Our business philosophy is aligned with the beliefs and principles of the Shared Value Initiative, which was launched by Michael Porter and Mark Kramer in 2011 by publishing “Creating Shared Value” in Harvard Business Review. For us, this means focusing on and expanding the connections between societal and economic progress.
OUR VISION
A wiser and more compassionate world
Crafting our mission and vision required gathering input from our existing and potential new clients, thought-leaders across fields and in academia, mentors, colleagues and friends, so we could respond in creative and effective ways to adding value in a more complex and ambiguous world.
What if our world were a wiser and more compassionate place? A place where solving problems and transforming minds allowed small and large businesses to flourish and to add value around the globe.
“Clarity and insight arise in the gap between thoughts and the open grounds of being”
Francisco J. Varela
Our CORE VALUES
Conduct our work with rigor
We are dedicated to meeting our mission through delivering high quality, fact-based and cost-effective solutions and initiatives. We uphold these standards through continuous learning, respectfully challenging ourselves and each other, engaging in interdisciplinary and multicultural collaborations and maintaining intellectual humility and rigor.
Conduct our work with integrity
We work with experts in the field who have credentials and real-world experience. Expertise is not automatically gained by the number of years spent working in a particular field. Expertise must be earned and sustained. Some of our experts are young and very talented. All our experts are passionate about what they do.
Make an impact in society
Creating value in a respectful and meaningful way and being ready to question traditional approaches: these key principles underlie all the work that we do.
Cultivate a pro-social workplace
How we work together matters. We are committed to creating a workplace that embodies our mission, vision and values. We put this commitment into practice by interacting with respect and empathy and by responding rather than by reacting.
We firmly believe that innovating in a complex health care environment is best achieved by:
engaging rather than dividing,
co-creating rather than imposing and
inspiring everyone to become their best self.
Compassion is at the heart of what we do but this does not mean being ingenuous and naïve. When required, we can take tough decisions with grace.
